Data Entry
***This is a 2-3 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Order entry
- Issue credits
- Handle customer complaints
- Identify new business opportunities
- Meet sales quotas by following quotes, upselling, and cross-selling products and services
- Identify, recommend, or provide solutions to customer needs
- Follow up regularly after sale to ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure appropriate customer order fulfillment
- Manage full customer order process including order intake, confirmation, and analysis to ensure optimal ship date
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Must be proficient with computers.
- Must have keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $15 - $19 per hour DOE
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15 - $19 per hour DOE
