Solution Architect - Oracle Fusion HCM

Golder has a new opportunity for a Solution Architect - Oracle Fusion HCM to join our Enterprise Business Systems team on a Full Time basis based anywhere in the US as a remote worker. We are seeking a talented Oracle Cloud Fusion Application Specialist/Analyst with proven functional and technical experience and knowledge in implementing and supporting Oracle's Human Capital Management Cloud Fusion suite of modules. Salary range : $125,000 to $160,000 Responsibilities of your role will include : Coordinate and manage cross-functional solution dependencies across all HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Performance Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Learn, and Reporting and Analytics) Manage solutions for HCM module (Design and scope functional solutions, contribute to requirements gathering and documentation, define testing strategy, and coordinating testing activities with development team and stakeholders) Support Oracle Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll and across the major Oracle Cloud HCM processes integrating with payroll. This will include, but is not limited to, descriptive/extensible flex fields, HDL, HCM extracts, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, fast formulas, user defined tables, value sets, value set queries. Learn configuration standards for all HCM modules and Reporting Tools Proactively collaborate within team and stakeholders to ensure HCM change impacts are organized, well understood, and professionally delivered) Internalize customer insights to drive future state HCM innovation Translate business requirements to technical/functional requirements and specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams to develop the solution design Contribute to defining project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables that support business objectives/drivers in collaboration with project sponsor and stakeholders Develop relationships with stakeholders, adopting a 'trusted advisor' role Collaborate with technical and business teams in developing practical and cost-effective technology solutions Participate in the design and testing of any changes to existing global system so that it adheres to our existing practices, procedures, and standards Work with business sponsors to coordinate user acceptance testing, conduct application overviews, conduct 'train the trainer' sessions Assist release teams to achieve successful upgrade and release cycles Coordinate and track the delivery of HR system operational activities and enhancement deliverables Create and maintain documentation including user guides and training materials to aid in use training and support, deliver training where necessary Skills and education required: Bachelors degree in Computing systems, Systems Design, or related Business Degree in information systems or commensurate with years of experience Minimum of 7 years of experience on Oracle Cloud Fusion SaaS with Taleo (recruiting and onboarding) and HCM (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Learning management). Knowledge of HCM extracts, mass data updates and uploads, fast formula and BI reporting. 2 Years' experience Configuring and/or Customizing Oracle Applications or similar enterprise applications. Proven ability to understand end-to-end business processes across Oracle modules and other strategic applications. Oracle Applications development experience including Reports, Configuration, Interfaces and Extensions. MS SQL / Visual Studio / Azure DevOps source control and others. Experience with using best practice with creating, managing, and documenting custom security roles in HCM Oracle Cloud Fusion Solid understanding on oracle cloud architecture and data model and multi-org concepts. Direct experience with Oracle upgrades and working directly with stakeholder groups to coordinate upgrade activities such as testing, communication, and other change management activities.
