Junior Recruiter

Location: Remote

Sierra One is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and help us discover top talent for our organization. This position is for self-motivated individuals who are excited to learn new skills and help build best-in-class products.

We're engineering a next-generation digital workshop with a remote-first, result-oriented, timeframe-based strategy; this means as long as you get your tasks done in the requested timeframe, we won't drag you into worthless meetings. This is an ideal position for a self-directed and mission-oriented personality.

• Conduct initial interviews and screening.
• Assist as-needed in recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.
• Build relationships with potential candidates.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Access to reliable internet access and a working phone.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software is a plus.

Dependent on years of experience and technical skills, the salary range for this position is $16 - $32 per hour
