You will be doing
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track
- Conduct regular project meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and provide timely updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and finance, to gather relevant information and resources required for tender submissions
You will bring ·
- BEng, BSc, or MSc in mechanical/structural engineering discipline or relevant work experience in a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards project objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software applications
- Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex terminology
