Peoplesoft, Senior Business/Systems Analyst - Contract - 16901 About the Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Peoplesoft Business/Systems Analyst for our Ottawa based client. This is a 3 month, remote contract position with possibility of extension. Our client is a leader in the healthcare sector and they offer an excellent work environment as well as work/life balance. The Human Resources Business Systems team provides all front-line support, custom development and reporting requirements for the organization specific to the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) solutions of which Oracle Peoplesoft is the core solution. It is used to provide all of the HR services associated with processes such as Enterprise Learning Management, Workforce Administration, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, ePerformance and more. There also in house custom developed Peoplesoft modules and interfaces that include Training and Compliance, Occupational Health, Labour Relations and Medical Affairs. They are currently using Oracle Peoplesoft application version 9.2, Peoplesoft Tools 8.59 for HCM, and 8.58 for ELM (upgrade for ELM in progress). The team is in need of a competent and knowledgeable Peoplesoft resource who can work remotely and contribute to the demands on the team quickly.
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of six (6) years work experience as a Developer role in a Peoplesoft environment
- Experience providing technical application support (ie. troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving application problems)
- Significant recent experience with Peoplesoft PUM and other upgrade tools
- Solution design, testing and implementation experience with PeopleTools 8.58 or above and Peoplesoft HCM release 9.2 (Image 43 and above)
- Significant experience and expertise developing custom modules and configuring HCM Peoplesoft modules
- Significant experience building Fluid pages and dashboards, workcenters, custom AWE workflows
- Experience with Kibana Analytic tools
- Significant experience in the following Peoplesoft applications: Workforce Admin, Self-Service, Benefits, Talent Acquisition Management, Position Management, Performance Management
- Experience in full software development cycle with the use of application implementation methodologies
