We are currently seeking an Internal Sales & Contract Support Officer to join our growing team, in Taren Point NSW.

The Position

This is a full-time position which will require you to liaise with internal staff, suppliers, freight vendors and customers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment to fulfil duties including but not limited to:

1. Raise quotations for maintenance agreements, UPS health checks, remedial works and general services.
2. Establish Warranty maintenance agreements and plans of ongoing routine maintenance.
3. Use company CRM system to maintain customer inventory information, raise service orders, process contract exchanges and create invoices (where required)
4. Manage documentation and customer inventory in company database
5. Provide ongoing support to the sales, service and management teams as required.
6. Liaise with management and accounts team to report on contract performance, invoicing and forecasting.

Key Skills and Competencies Required

1. Strong organisational and communication skills.
2. Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Outlook.
3. Experience with stocktake.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
