We Are Looking For (the Qualifications)
? 5–10+ years of professional front-end software engineering experience, with deep React + TypeScript expertise (We’ll consider Next.js, Vue, or Angular if paired with recent React experience).
? Proficiency with CSS frameworks (Tailwind preferred)
? Experience with Git/GitHub, testing, Heroku/AWS/S3 a plus.
? Excellent communications and people skills are required–this is a role that will directly interface with internal and external business and technology team customers.
? Experience working with generative AI, Large Models, and related API’s and tooling. 
? Ideally, a Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Hybrid Role
We’re a hybrid-first company and require the person hired for this role to be located within 2 hours of Richmond, VA. In person quarterly working sessions in Richmond, VA are required.
