As we expand our Outsystems practice, we are looking for talented Outsystems Application Developers (Developer Programmers) to join our team and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients to gather technical and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

· Participate in all phases of implementation, from analysis and design to development, deployment, and post-production support.

· Contribute to architecture development and oversee execution of design decisions.

· Write, update, and maintain code and documentation to meet system requirements.

· Develop scalable web and desktop applications using OutSystems and modern engineering practices.

· Modify existing OutSystems applications as needed to improve functionality.

· Convert technical specifications into high-functioning code.

· Implement full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including prototyping, coding, and testing.

· Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, code errors, and security issues.

· Work across both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on automation.

· Attend client meetings to understand business needs and project requirements.

· Collaborate with distributed and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidate must have:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5-6 years of experience with OutSystems development and architecture.
3. Proven track record of writing high-quality, efficient code using OutSystems, APIs and scripting languages.
4. Experience in migration of OutSystems applications.
5. Experience in web server configuration.
6. Understanding of web application architecture and experience with architectural patterns.
7. Production Support experience for mission critical enterprise applications.
8. Customer facing experience and able to communicate effectively with both developers and business stakeholders.
9. Experience in a rapid delivery environment.
10. Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies
