Salary - $76,515 - $100,000 AUD plus Superannuation

In this role you will provide technical support to resolve level 3 incidents and collaborate on projects.

Duties and Experience required:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in server, desktop and network hardware
2. Providing technical support to resolve computer network and system issues
3. Build, implement, monitor and maintain computer networks and systems
4. Research, analyze, manage and monitor network infrastructure
5. Proposing and/or conducting research into new tools and technologies
6. Monitor and ensure the ongoing performance of networks and systems and creating incident tasks where action is required
7. Develop and modify software and network programs through use of programming code
8. Configure, install and maintain computer hardware and software
9. Develop and document project plans and procedures regarding system configuration, incident resolutions, and system and network maintenance
10. Plan, develop, contribute to and implement network security measures, policies, procedures and processes
11. Develop testing procedures and audit computer hardware, software, networks and systems
12. Providing technical leadership/support to staff in the delivery of projects, Providing (or contributing to the provision of) technical architecture of large-scale systems.
13. Providing consulting services clients in the context of the supported architectures and third party solutions.
14. Communicating with clients.

Qualifications

Desirable qualifications such as:

1. Certificate 3 and/or 4 in Information Technology
2. A Degree or Diploma in IT
3. ITIL Foundation Certification or similar industry qualification
4. A Current Microsoft Certification
5. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
6. Fortinet NSE4 or higher
